I've seen other people looking for video games in this forum, and I tried asking in a couple of subreddits but didn't get any answers, so I thought I'd ask here:
Platform: PC, possibly Shockwave Flash.
Genre: A third-person RPG whose perspective was like a cross between top-down and side-on, akin to the Frank's Adventure series.
Estimated year of release: Probably the early 2000s, possibly around 2003/2004.
Graphics/art style: I mentioned earlier that it could've been an SWF game because it had the distinct vector graphics and black outlines of many Flash games made at the time. Very cartoonish.
Notable characters: You played as an anthropomorphic frog. It also featured a cameo from Ray from that South Park-style series of Flash games on Newgrounds. "What do you want?"
Notable gameplay mechanics: All that I saw from it was that you could walk around and talk to people. The HUD featured an analog clock.
Other details: I don't know if it was just the video that I saw it in, but the clip that was shown had the Mario elevator music playing in the background. No one in the comments could identify the game, and the video has since been taken down.
Thanks in advance for any help!
